2009 Harley-Davidson Street Glide

2009 Street Glide    The Street Glide is a bagger with street-wise soul, such as stripped down trim and chrome, low suspension, and blackened, cropped wind deflector. This one has been dressed with the "profile'  chrome spoked laced wheels. These are my personal Favorite wheels that Harley has ever produced, They "make" the bike complete!!                                                      Inspired by the street, the Street Glide is ready to roar with attitude. The innovative Harley-Davidson Touring chassis is based on a single-spar, rigid backbone frame and stout swingarm developed to withstand the demands of long-haul touring riders and today’s powerful engines.   Powered by the 96" injected V-Twin, backed up with a 6 speed transmission. The well-spaced ratios in the six-speed let you enjoy all that torque to the fullest, as well as reduce the number of shifts required.  Torquey at low rpm and potent at higher rpm, the TC96 effortlessly propels the stout Street Glide forward and proves incomparably smooth for such a beefy pushrod Twin, an essential quality for a Touring bike and one of the brand’s real strong suits.                     King of the road!! 
Like any Touring bike worthy of the name, the Street Glide offers lots of space for rider, and a straight-up riding position where the footrests are pushed forward. You end up with your knees unfolded past the 90-degree mark, while high, wide-set handlebars give you a wide grip and that king-of-the-road feeling so appreciated by enthusiasts.   This one has a great sounding set of Rinehart dual pipes on it. great looks, and an even better sound!!  

The fairing and wind deflector offer welcome protection from the wind. The dash is reminiscent of an airplane, with nice, big, easy-to-read analogue dials on a silver background, and stacked vertically. The Street Glide also features a aftermarket [Kenwood']stereo system with auto-adjusting volume and handlebar controls. It is a joy to ride!! Fully serviced, and ready to be the king of your road!!!
