The Sportster 1200 "Nightster"                                                                                                    What a popular motorcycle the Sportster 1200 Nightster has turned out to be. The XL1200N.  It was introduced in January 2007 an early release 2008 model and the riders who took a chance on the new blacked out retro-bobber Sportster have not been disappointed. This one is a 2010.    What impresses me about the Nightster is that we have a Sportster that is low enough and agile enough for confident beginners, yet has tons of attitude, style and power –- qualities often sacrificed in an entry level motorcycle. And that is a reason to hold on to the Nightster long after you feel you've outgrown it, You never really out grow it!!!  This one has a "1200 Custom" 4.3 gallon tank that has been added to it.  It also has a small passenger back rest on it. Ya gotta keep the passenger happy!!!   The Nightster, from the factory has the chopped rear fender exposing more of the tire in the back. That, and the seat/ backrest combo give the Nightster that retro bobber look.    This one has been given the blacked out wheel treatment!!     The stock mufflers give the Harley sound!!    Let the mighty 1200 mill breathe!!!  Check out the pictures, and I bet you will like what you see!!
